The User Experience Design Process – Introduction
This is an introduction to my 9 part User Experience Design process.
What is The Hoss? Well, it’s a lot of stuff. The Hoss™ is a term (named after Eric “Hoss” Cartwright in Bonanza) for my process below that aggregates most of my common methods and deliverables produced as I craft amazing user experience design for my clients. The nickname was used as a nod to the character’s ample girth, an endearing term for “big and friendly”, which I use these methods for big projects and user friendly interfaces.
This is Part 1 of my 9 part User Experience Design process. Part 2 in my User Experience Process will cover CONTENT DEFINITION and will cover Project Timeline, Consumer Journey Map, User Stories, Personas, White Boarding, Competitive Audit, Stakeholder Interviews.
